SEJ's SWOT Analysis and Innovations of the Lean Supply Chain

Seven-Eleven Japan (SEJ), which is a member of the Seven & Ito-Yokado Group, is the largest and most profitable convenience store chain in Japan, with a total number of 19,970 stores in Japan since November, 2017. SEJ has owned a number of global stores exceeding 63, 745 since September, 2017.This paper attempts to explore the lean supply chain management and success factors with a SWOT analysis for SEJ.
